Although,i think it s kind of ācheatingā,Liitokalaās batteries are cheap and not bad. They use good quality chinese batteries,May be thier batteries are the best in aliexpress. :person_facepalming:
Itās a clear scam. They issue Chinese batteries for the original Samsung, Sony, Panasonic etc. No one has a problem with Chinese batteries if they are written that they are Chinese batteries. But when they write the original Samsung and they are Chinese, itās a scam. The batteries do not have to be bad, but they give them something they are not. Quietly I buy good Chinese batteries, but do not lie, they are branded Samsung, Sony, Panasonic etc.
@2100, I can fully recommend the Sunway store.
Iāve ordered 6x30Qs from them if I remember well, and they all tested to have 3000mAh capacities and internal resistance similar to other real 30Qs.
Thus, I have no problem recommending them.
@59, thatās not the problem. Chinese cells are actually quite good these days. Just donāt sell me a 3000mAh 10A cell as a 3000mAh 15A Samsung 30Q.
Great, thanks BlueSwordM.
The āproblemā lies with lies and unidentified OEM products. They fake 1st OEM (Samsung, Panasonic, etc) cell wraps from Samsung, Panasonic, LG, etc. This is misleading. There's no better wrap than an OEM wrap. Changing the cell wrap for a fake one or one of these awful āIMRā wraps makes identifying the actual cell OEM harder. We need to identify these chinese OEM cells for proper testing. The fears of chinese marketeers like LiitoKala in this regards are preventing proper customer product identification via OEM model numbers and factory codes. This is bad, chinese battery OEMs cannot stand a chance to be seen as an alternative to the big brands here as we cannot properly identify the shite we are buying, with their accomplice fake wrap cell retailers deceiving proper customers. We need product datasheets and good reviews.
Cheers ^:)
So ture,agree with you :+1:
actually i hate this behaviour tooļ¼there are no real batteries in aliexpress.
Now thatās funny ā¦ but buddy fluttering vis hands and screaming
āDO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!ā
Barkuti, you are quick to scorn us for thinking store 133859 is legitimate. You mentioned āall thoseā, but chose to pick a fight with me.
You try to convince us of your great knowledge that only store 217753 is real. Seems scrolling around some āofficialā AlieExpress site linked you to the one-and-only Liitokala store. That is your ātrustworthy informationā suitable for trolling.
Iām going to go with Liitokala English home-site link to their store 133859
Yāknow, the one they call LiitoKala Official Flagship Store. They have a right to call it whatever they want. Too bad that upsets you.
Iām sure you will not admit being wrong.
Today, I received my blue-wrapped 26650 cells from AlieExpress store 133859.
Iām charging them, and intend to try a couple out in my Cometa tonight.
Newb here.
Need help
too many options.
need 8 18650 and a charger.
Just got my GT70 yesterday, thought it would take a month. I donāt need the absolute best deal ever and donāt want to wait a month to try this thing out.
If anyone can shoot me a link PM or reply to this I would love you forever. Not trying to hijack thread.
Sorry forgot I am in the USA have prime if there is anything good on amazon, donāt mind buying on ebay, gear best or what not.
Maybe a pack of button top Samsung 30Q cells from Liion Wholesale Batteries?
With regards to charger the Gyrfalcon All-88 is very appealing, though you can also do with one or two cheaper 4-bay units.
Cheers ^:)
30q Samsung, Sony vtc6, LG makes a couple high amp high cap also. You cant go wrong with any of these options. Just get the 30qās with button tops like the other member mentioned.
TY I dragged my feet a bit in case someone offered up an alternative. Finally put my order in, TY for your help.
Unfortunately there are really no good options on Amazon, wish there was that would be awesome!! You can find authentic Samsung 30q from Liion Wholesale and MTN Electronics in the US, both of them ship very fast and usually have it to ya in a few days.
I just received liitokala 21700 4000mAh cell and to be honest I wasnāt aware of the issues with their store on aliexpress. I did test it in li-500 charger and it gave me result around 3790mAh mark.
Do you recon it is a good cell as tested in by HKJ or is it just random crap with the old wrapper?
I have the yellow wrapped 21700s and the capacity seems correct to spec. The internal resistance is approximately 30 mOhms. They seem to be of good quality.
Now, if they would sell the 18650s without trying to con the buyer into thinking it was a Sanyo, Samsung, Panasonic authentic cell inside.
Good to hear that. All I was hoping for was cheap, decent quality cell
I agree with Fate0n3. Donāt do Amazon. They are a bin pick warehouse company. Even if they had genuine cells, they will be mixed with fake and itās a crap shoot.
However, other than prime shipping, good deals can be had from Li-Ion wholesale, Illumn (which I like a lot) and MTN Electronics just to name a few. US based and reputable shipping from USA, no drop shipping from China and threat of fakes.
The Sony VTC6 barely edges out the Samsung 30q in testing and the Sony has the benefit of a slightly raised positive so no need for button top rewraps. Just my $0.02, go with the Sonys
Sony is living its own overpriced hype. Versus Samsung 30Q and LG HG2 cells the Murata/Sony VTC6 demonstrated the lowest endurance of them all in this test: Bench Test Results: Which lasts longer? VTC6, 30Q, or HG2? @ E-CigaretteForum
I like for my stuff to last and cost me a fair price.
Cheers ^:)
So, any good legit options for the Samsung 30Q on aliexpress?
The VTC6 on Sunway store on ali is pretty ok priced and supposed to be legit, which is inclusive of shipping. At least ok for countries in the asia pacific region.
Arenāt you glad you started the thread? lol
