Hum…did anyone have problems to receive the XT1A at home?
I order the flashlight, it arrived to Portugal and then was returned to BG. I talked with the customer service and they resent it.
Now I’ve just received another e-mail telling me that the order didn’t pass the customs office and offered me a refund!
I asked them if it is really “impossible” to resend it again, as I really want the XT1A. Only if it is not I will accept the refund…
Does anyone have a clue on this or had similar situation?
Fin, after not receiving the first one, I contacted customs and also BG customer service. Then they told me that it had been returned.
Now, I don’t even know if it left the origin country…
I will wait for BG reply, but I would like to have the flashlight coming , not a refund…
So, I’ve just received the notice from BG that they will do the refund, so I assume that there is no possibility to resend the flashlight…
I will try now to get the XT1C 2018, smaller and with the same functions!…
