I have 3 now. They are outstanding little lights with great build quality and very good performance. For the price point, they are right there with lights costing quite a bit more and better than their price peers.
Sofirn’s customer service is excellent and that is the main purpose of my post. Let me elaborate: I received my first light from Amazon with a coupon from Sofirn on this forum. The light arrived with no charger or cell. I messaged customer service through Amazon. I was answered quickly explaining that Sofirn here in the US and through Amazon doesnt stock cells and chargers separately. They offered 70% off another set as compensation. This came to $9 for a kit. Quite a deal. In addition, because I happen to be the first purchase on Amazon here, I was offered 50% off another Sofirn product through Amazon.
Again, a great product backed by great customer service. Keep it up Zoe, Tracy and Sofirn!
