looking for a very budget alternative angle flashlight

The only 18650 ones I know of are the Ultrafire UF-H3 and the Zebralight one. The Ultrafire is $33 from Manafont and the Zebralight is around $80. There probably are others but I don't know what they are.

Elektrolumens will sell you a modded 2D angle head light with an LED in it.

I have the Ultrafire UF-H2 in the mail (possibly two of them in the mail, due to a shipping/tracking problem that HKP created) and I will do a thorough review as soon as possible.

Cool, thanks.

well its also not according to your specs but maybe its worth... cause the price is only 6.5 dollars

I have ordered one even not very keen on buying on that shop, but i cant find anything similar to it on other places

http://everbuying.com/product39341.html

I would like to get something (for that price) running on AA

it has an OSRAM LED!!!! not Q3!!!!

?

Is declared as CREE Q3 but in the photo can see clearly an OSRAM golden dragon LED

How can you tell? Maybe I don’t know what to look for yet. Would be neat though. I thought everbuying was on the “poop-list” of resellers…but at that price I may have to order one.

Simple. Look the photo showing the LED. Same led as AA-S1

I have wanted to get this strap form kaidomain but for that price I prefer getting all the light even with Osram

If the OSRAM is well driven probably it will be one veeeery good deal, because as it uses Li-ion batt probably is direct driven (no circuitry) and if it has good heatsinking it will be powerfull enough, similar than other alternantives with OSRAM. Floody beam.

And, if you see carefully, the OSRAM of that light has 2 divisions. The worst OSRAMs are the ones with 5 divisions. So.... I am thinking to buy one. Pity only 1 mode

Just looked again....Guess it could be. Then again, I'm not sure what a Q3 is supposed to look like.

Yup... I'm thinking I have to order one now :)

ALSO I can see that it has some kind of very small convex lens in the front, making it even more floody. It is only my guess? the LED is magnified, so it has a mini convex lens or not?

CREE and OSRAMs are very different. Is easy to differeciate between cree/osram/ssc/luminus. However differenciate between Q3 Q4 R2 is not possible without equipment

Thanks Fran....I guess I learn something new every day. So, is everbuying a decent site to order from? I've had zero experience with them...

I would not reccommend that site. Purchase in that site at your own risk, or hoping paypal will protect you!

I dont see that very clearly. If you look at the picture of the other one on the same side costing 9$ (SS-005)

I clearly see a Cree Q? http://everbuying.com/m-gallery.htm?id=39342&u=/uploads/201012/source-img/SS-005-Cree-Q3-LED-Flashlight-G-38853.jpg

On the other hand, if its a Golden Dragon Led I would not mind. I have an AA S1 !!!

OK that is a CREE. The bin I dont know. But that is a CREE. The first one was an OSRAM

No, unfortunately they are the worst of the worst. Neverbuying.com is made up of filthy, lying spammers.

Tempted at only 5,15eur... even if it requires me to buy 16340 batteries... yuck! If only they would be a decent dealer...

At that price one would wonder if it's got a state of the junk switch, 0 orings, plasitc lens and some obscure cree lookalike emitter and purely direct driven.

Anyone who got 1 how do you like it?
