I gave my boss three different flashlights because he kept misplacing them. My fishing buddy got an itp from me and carried it 4 years before it died. Friends have been given eo1’s and itp’s. While I probably don’t deserve a CRX I will put my name in the mix.
Thanks for your generosity.
Congrats on 3000 posts, always a pleasure to see what you’re up to.
I’m in, but please consider my entry to be in the name of our admin, sb56637… since I got into flashlights over 5 years ago I’ve been here virtually daily, many times most of the day (don’t believe me? look at MY post count! ) Were it not for sb hosting this site we couldn’t be here, and now WE are over 27,000 members strong! So yeah, if I were to win your giveaway please contact sb for instructions how to send it to him.
Can’t wait to see how those bits o brass turn out…
Thanks for the opportunity to win a CRX creation! I have given flashlights, batteries and chargers to family members (along with information for safe operation) especially the ones who need dependable bright lights to take their puppy family members out at night.
This is bound to be great. Your 3000+ posts are filled with many awesome hand-made creations (like that O.L. 6th Annual entry!)
I love when I have the opportunity to fill a need. Recently a member posted about needing a few LEDs so I opened up the parts bin and packed up every LED I didn’t think I’d be using soon. Gave me more space in the bins and hopefully helped some new lights come together. What goes around comes around – let it be good!
I am in i guess. I like to school kids on Battlefield on a daily basis lol is that included? Teach them a lesson lol.
On a serious note i have given away lights and chargers to fellows Aussies cause shipping is reasonable to ship within Australia.
I feel the best thing about BLF isn’t the giveaways its the advice and knowledge i can get. I can ask any stupid question not relating to lights and still get an answer. Could be the most random bit of advice that i need. Only advise ill skip is the BLF financial advise lots of us have a nest egg of lights not sure how that one will hatch out lol.
Hey mate, thanks for the opportunity !
Give aways are one of the better thing on this forum, thanks for keeping it real
I’ve done a few ones myself, but no need to tell I think
I’m planning a new one soon, I have to hurry

I gave a 30Q and a liitokala usb charger to my friend who bought a D4 and used cheap fake Chinese cells in it. He was wowed by the performance afterwards
I’ve given away, to various mates, most of the Olight torches that the delightful Sandra sent me for review over the last couple of years. She’s now moved on to pastures new but I’m still in touch with her as a friend.

Thanks CRX for so many valuable posts in so many years.
I’m not in for the CRX-special, I misuse my lights too much to own such a beauty.
Hmm, what did I give away? Lots of numbers and graphs I guess
Thanks for all the info you share with us
Yes it doesn’t have to be a physical thing, time spent helping others, a nice gesture, sharing etc
Thank you for the chance in your giveaway. Very generous of you.
I’ve given each of my family members a flashlight (mostly Sofirn kits, but a Convoy and Eagle Eye too).
I’m an amateur woodworker and I gave every family group in my extended family a cutting board/cheese tray/charcuterie board made from the walnut tree from our childhood home.
I’m also an elementary school teacher and am making some wooden pencil holders for my students to reuse some scrap cutoffs.
Congrats on the 3K and Thanks for the GAW.
I dont have a CRX Creation in my collection.
I gave away many things this year… but i’ll only list the flashlights.
Imalent HR20 headlamp that I put a grid optic into.
Several Utorch UT01’s AA powered
A few Glaree E03 AAA lights, Thrunite clones.
Olight EOS
Tool Nichia twisty with magnet
Seems like anyone that appreciates a light they end up owning it, I’m a softee.
Congrats on your 3000 posts. Please count me in on this great giveaway.
I am very curious as to what a CRX light is. They must be amazing due to the comments I have read here.
I have given countless flashlights to family and friends over the years, hoping they will enjoy and use them, or maybe turning someone into a (another) flashaholic.
But I really enjoy giving them to children. For this X-mas, I gave out 5 of those Life Gear Glow Sticks with flashlight, flasher, and whistle/lanyard, all to children under the age of 5. They were a hit!

Some are better than others, each one is a unique prototype
The idea behind a “CRX light” is the making of a flashlight by your own hands without having access to a lathe or CNC machine from easily obtained parts & materials using only everyday common hand tools, i.e just about anyone could make them with some thought, dedication & perseverance.
My old friend lost his job for not agreeing with one of the big wigs. He wanted to do some camping and he has a really crappy light. His only headlamp is the Princeton EOS. Unfortunately he put alkaline in it and it leaked. I felt bad so I gave him my Olight R50 Seeker as a Christmas present. Rechargeable and reliable, now he can go camping and relax a bit before looking for another job.
I gave my house to 10 people and 9 dogs for 2 weeks after the “campfire” in CA USA, they were family and friends that lost everything they owned in the fire, flashlights came in handy for those 2 weeks, love your stuff, thank you for the giveaway.
Nice idea for a GAW. I’ll be keeping an eye on this and watching it come together. Please count me in.
I just gave a wuben t046r to a tech averse older friend. It is a perfect gift for the uninitiated because of the built in micro usb charging feature. I could tell he was just used to maglight levels of brightness and was blown away by this relatively little pocket rocket. Often times, giving feels better than receiving.
Putting my name in the hat. This is very nice of you to do CRX!
congratz on 3k posts. I order al my lights x2 because my dad is also a flashaholic.

Last thing I gave away was a Sofirn with a XPL High LED. He said he likes tight beams like from his SK zoomie. So I said keep this one.
