Function01: independently charged
“we can see there is a Micro-USB port on TC66, it is used for independently charged so that TC66 will not consume system power, and we can have more accurate measurement calue. On the other side, when TC66 is independently charged,we can measure voltage from 0.005V.”

The TC66C i ordered a few days ago says still processing (processing time 13days). I hope they will shipp it until then. The option to use it bidirectional is really helpfull. It makes checking the charge current (position of the device on the charger ) of my wireless charger much more easy.

we can only wait, and they won’t like disputes so they will send your package in time,
"-6digit voltage and current, resolution is 0.0001V(0.1mV)/ 0.00001A(0.01mA)"
What is the accuracy in % for voltage and current readings?
Voltage measurement accuracy:±(0.05%+10digits at 23℃) Current measurement accuracy: ±(0.1%+20 digits, at 23℃) written in its Technical Parameters :CROWN:
That means for example, that for 1.000A current your meter has accuracy of 1.000A+-1mA, so what the point of displaying 6-digit value, if you don't actually know last two digits at all?

Thats a very good point! Why adding digits if the accuracy is not there?
I still ordered one because of the bidirectional USB C connectivity.
And the accuracy is good enough for me (for the things i plan to use it for).

It looks like a nice device, but this 6-digit "feature" is nothing but marketing BS with goal to increase sale, because, you know, other similar devices have only 4-digit "accuracy".

It depends on users. Usually 4-digit “accuracy” is enough, but it can not meet everyone’s needs, so we just choose the device what we need
The point is your TC66(C) device has useless extra two digits for voltage, current, and power, so why display it if those last two digits are basically noise and contain absolutely no useful information?

you can read their introduction or watch vedio, when you want to use 6-digit accuracy, it is charged by independent power supply and you can see they are not useless, 6-digit accuracy
means the fifth digit is credible,4-digit accuracy means the third digit is credible, that makes the difference.

Regarding CC Pull Down, there is a PD switch as well as a Settings Interface menu item that can both be used to activate the pull down. If one says to pull it down and the other is set to not pull it down, what happens?

Thanks.
Hi friend
in fact, one is software control CC pull down, one is firmware to switch PD , if you want to use PD trigger, you must switch them on … if one was closed, trigger can’t work
for PC software, we just finished yet, but we did not let our foreign friend to help me test first , we have tested, I would like let others test again
if you want to , you can help me test … this is file https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pX_YLL6HNbpq8rhjxmB_QnTtyyCZedur
Thank you for your article, it helps a lot. If other friends have interest in TC66C, you can contact me and I am willing to communicate with you
When will the PC software be released?

Thanks for the software; I will provide feedback later after I have tried it out.
On my Lenovo laptop with a USB-C PD charger, the Quick Charge Detection screen shows the correct 20V and 2A operation but QC2.0 as the Quick Charge protocol instead of USB-C PD. Why?
In fact, running Protocol Detection against the charger correctly shows it is USB-C PD only.

for this problem, in our user manual, there is note: D+ and D- value are just reference, not very accuracy. The product will automatically identify a device with a supported fast charging mode. At this time the device supports the QC2.0、QC3.0、APPLE 2.4A/2.1A/ 1A/0.5A、Android DCP、SAMSUNG.(Note: This quick charge agreement recognition model is not complete and for reference only, we will add other protocol in the future)
Right, but what about CC drop-down in this case? Should it be enabled or disabled?

When are they going to start shipping these devices?
For now, they still seem to be testing them. Aliexpress will cancel the order if it’s not shipped out within X number of days.

To see fluctuations?
Sounds like they are still writing the software, while the devices are on their way to the customers.
Lucky for them, they still have about a month or so to finish coding it.
