Question 02: What is the parasitic drain value?

Answer: µV

Does this mean there is not an issue with parasitic drain?

I forgot to mention, I ordered one on Dec. 13th.

Thank you for your support!

Ordered one yesterday but if no moving of the package then i’ll cancel it. Tired of BG waiting

Hey, freeme, thank you for bringing us all these deals!
I use the original FT02 a lot and my only complaint is the high parasitic drain. I see they fixed that in this new version.
Can you twist Banggood/Astrolux arm a bit and get them to sell us these new drivers so I can upgrade my old FT02?

I got an email today saying it got returned to sender due to not passing customs…. anyone know what that’s about?

Did you order with a battery?

Hi freeme,

Please send me the code as I need 2 for the GT-FC40s I just got

This light looks awesome and would be perfect for my dad, but I’m still a little nervous about the high parasitic drain the older model of this light has. I did notice they included this on the website about this model though:

“XHP70.2 version improved the circuit, and the weakness will disappear. such as breathing lamp power consumption; charging current increased from 1A to 1.4A”

I wish someone had this light and could confirm this to be true.

On a separate note, what is the recommended 21700 battery for this light? I’ve never owned a 21700 light before so I don’t know much about them.

Can we get the ft02 with sbt90.2 soon? I want that.

Big +1!!

Sick of more and more bigger hosts...

interested, thanks,
olles

Has anyone got a code yet? Thinking they have not been sent yet.

Edit- Maybe I have not received mine yet. Maybe tomorrow.

It is not the breathing led on the first version that uses so much power, with led-breathing off the parasitic drain is still dramatic. But I hope that it is the language problems that tells you the wrong thing and they indeed fixed the parasitic drain of the FT02.
