Hoping they will ship 4th April. Had anyone know a definitive date?

I haven’t read or heard anything except for the sales page that says shipping between April 1-5th. I also hav never placed orders with FireFlies before this. I know my e12r and rot66 which are still in route shipped pretty much two days after I ordered them, which is the same speed as Hank.

I placed an order on 03-01. It shipped on 03-12. Tracking number is still not updating.

I’m hoping someone will hear from FF. I have emailed them but I know that they are busy and probably won’t respond.

From what I recall my tracking number never really worked and the product showed up to my door unexpectedly.

I have had this happen also. I hope that is the case with this order.

My other order for e12r and rot66 say they are in Compton California for the last 4 days, but not picked up by the usps yet. So that is kind of reassuring.

I have still not received any word of shipment on either of my e07x’s though. No shipment notification or tracking number.

They said copper e07 got shipped back to wh somehow…

and it’s not really a surprise they are late to ship our e07x

I figured it will ship when it ships. The only thing I wonder about – it says on the sale page for E07x that only 120 pieces will ship in this “batch”, and the rest in July- is there anyway to know if our order was in the first 120? I mean I ordered my first e07x the day they hit the website, but my second I ordered 3-4 days later. I have no idea if mine made the first batch cutoff, or if there was a limit of units per body color or per emitter, or both.

Hi Dalamar, I got the same message. Below is the exact wording. I suspect it’s a cut and paste job to keep people happy, potentially because of a lack of English. I responded saying that I paid for DHL and please can I have a tracking number. No reply yet. Comms are disappointingly poor with this company, but others seem to suggest the product does appear eventually.

Sorry to inform you that the package has been returned to the shipper’s warehouse.

We will ship it out today,  Usually it takes 4-7 business days to arrive your city.

For some reason I thought it was 1400 in the first batch! Oh well, this explains the delay and means I must be patient until July.

Im just curious, why you think you didn’t make the first batch? was it the date you ordered? I cant find any indication if many people are buying this light.

If there was only 120 across the various emitters offered then that’s not very many. There’s a reasonable amount of interest on Reddit for the light.

I ordered E07X Pro as soon as I could, still, I hope, that with my order date (24th March), I will be served within the first batch.

Got some Preorder info from a email from ff. Sort of.

it sounds like they took the orders, and once they hit 120 preorders that was their first batch, whatever amount of body colors/emitter combinations it was. I am kind of reading between the lines in there email, because They told me they are assembling them now. Which means there couldn’t have been a preassemled amount of colors and emitter options, which is good and seems to make sense.

doesn’t really tell us who got in. I ordered on the 19th

Just checked my order on ff site. Now says order returned and new tracking number. Of course numbers show no information anywhere I track with them. Seems like a runaround.

I just had an email from Jack. He says my order shipped out yesterday. He will send me a tracking number in due course. I am puzzled as to why they can’t provide the tracking number now if it shipped yesterday?

Yea that’s a little wierd, I got the tracking right away. Unless they haven’t physically put it in the mail yet but it’s ready to go so he emailed you anyway? I don’t know
