At a minimum of 500mA, it’s too robust for the diminutive 10180 cells, IMO.

Look for the Xtar XP1 Hummingbird USB charger, which does 250/500 mA and AA/14500 and smaller.

Most 10180s are at best 300mAh, so 500mA would be 1.67C and while you won’t blow up Planet Earth, it’s not a great practice for cell longevity, IMO.
