Lately it’s been my own. Frozen hero-rolls (a la “french-bread pizza”), frozen mozz, jar pizza-sauce, maybe some minced green-pepper, shrooms, onions, olives, whatever I have on-hand, then just bake ’em.
Slow-cook at 300 to thaw and soften, then give it a blast at 450 or so to brown the cheese and edges of the bread, etc.
Trader Joe’s has several frozen pizzas that are delicious.
Their tartes and truffle flatbreads (like a very thin pizza) are amazing… but more like an appetizer kind of thing.
This ranking is pretty decent, starting from the D- down to the A: Trader Joes Pizza Ranking But they are missing one of my favorites, the Parlanno.
This one lists the Parlanno: Very Best Trader Joes Pizzas
The Prosciutto and Arugula flatbread is also amazing.
This is a great topic and I've been reading with great interest, unfortunately, my Italian heritage means I'm legally bound from ever trying a frozen pizza.
