No, it has a locking blade, so isn’t uk legal carry.
Irish laws are different to the uk. We’re not supposed to carry any blade without a very good reason. I tend to take it off my keys unless i’m working or walking the dogs.
Speedsix, any locker is considered a fixed blade knife in UK case law due to an over enthusiastic badly informed lawyer, now, we’re not allowed to edc lock knives. Technically, my folding Stanley knife is illegal :~
I was over there for a couple of weeks and I carried a large lock back knife. I also had a can of mace. Almost had to use it twice. Birmingham was a lot rougher than I expected. I’ve been to some of the worst cities in the USA (Chicago, Detriot, Baltimore, New Orleans, Saint Louis, DC, ect) and I have never felt as threatened as in the UK.
Your government doesn’t trust you with kinder eggs, you are missing out on such a treat. But they have a toy inside and thery are worried you may eat it, so they are banned in the US. Such a shame, as my kids eat the egg I get to build the toy for them, great fun.
OP - sorry to go off topic, good luck with your sale.
I have to agree with you there, however the constitution doesn't say "You have the right to Kinder Eggs" so they made them illegal, however they can't just do that with guns. Kinder Eggs are good though. :)
