Had the same problem, don’t click on pay with paypal, click on the other one and them select paypal on the next page, worked for me.
I always get this message ” 0x80042021 : A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed ”
when I tried to pay with paypal :Sp
I think it may happen later (someone check my logic). With 6 emitters, each is likely driven at lower current than typical 3 emitter versions. At lower current Vf is lower, allowing the cells to be discharged lower.

maybe it was a pricing mistake? like when they had ultrafire m5 for $1.30, after a while they changed to “sold out”, instead of adjusting the price.
(DX themselves said something about it being an activity for loyal customers to hunt down bargains IIRC)
They did put up a post for this light on facebook yesterday with the same price. So I don’t think it was a mistake.
Thanks for the answers, and I may conclude there’s not a real winner. I arbitrarily decided to go for the Panny 3100, $35 for 3 pair @DX.

Probably is a “mistake”, though they also probably still dont lose money on it at that price. From what I’ve heard about a year ago, they could sell SRKs for $20 and be OK, so +$5 for 3 old XMLs (maybe T4s or T5s), its still within that range.
Looks like a good candidate for a custom pill with so many buying the same light at the same time. Vestureofblood, bucket, ryansoh, hope I got those names right from memory.
Already 4 days and my order is still processing 
. Tangsfire C8 that i ordered from TMart 2 days ago already shipped.
I ordered mine on Saturday and quickly got a confirmation notice.
They now say they are out of stock. The truth is, they do not stock items so how can they ever be out of stock? I copied and pasted the list of steps as posted on the DX site.
The reason TMart ships so quickly is that if it ships from the USA warehouse, they actually have it in stock, and during a process like the above list they can skip step 1 and move directly to step 2. That saves up to 5 days. Then of course if you order from the US and they ship to the US, you get your order in about 5 days total.
I'm not sure if you guys really want to hear this, so be forewarned. I placed 5 different orders from DX back in early November 2013 from flashlight grease and tweezers, to some key chains and different orders Trustfire flame 3000mah batteries, and some random other stuff. It took over 1 month for them to ship my packages. Received 4 of those packages about 2 weeks ago!!! 1 package never made it to me. Holy mother of the flashlight Gods!!! Lets do some math. It took almost 4 months to get my stuff to me. I had even forgot I had ordered from DX to be honest. I was actually wondering who the packages were from when I opened them up, lol. That's 1/3rd of a year people. For this reason alone I will probably never order from DX again!
Good luck to you all who got this amazing deal. But it come's at a price that will test the limits of your mental fortitude and patience, but you shall endure!!! Hopefully you will receive it before the 4th of July!!!
I too have had a similar experience with Chinese orders...after so long you forget what you even ordered! It's like a surprise present...except for you payed for it months ago...and may not even need it anymore...
