MaxToch Mission M12 is my choice and may i know if i can pick NW tint?
I’m holding out for the more powerful version of the DX21.
The M12 sounds really nice, but I am not promising to buy one yet. And +1 on the neutral white option.
The M12 is not on their website or even one hit on Google yet. Would love to find out more - dimensions would be helpful. I'd be interested in the M12 - I'm thinking FET driver here ... 
I want to make that "hot" labeling legit!

Also very curious bout the 26700 5000 mAh cell - needs some specs on it. I got a Moli 26700 - its ok, but I think they are only 2900 mAh, and there are better 26650 low resistance cells around.

Hi Tom - the company adopted all the recommended upgrades and have put them across the board in a whole range of lights. Hadn’t even heard of the M12 but it looks a beauty - kind of like an upgrade on the excellent HD2010 of recent years.
I have their new M24 lightweight Sniper hunting light and its a wee beauty - just 270gms, 25mm tube, build quality even better than the very good 2Xs of last year, and a great wee performer at 83k stock and 173 dedomed. If people liked the Skyray STL-V2/FF STL-V6, this new M24 is like a super development on them.
I will have a 2X sample here for testing next week - will do quick stock and dedomed test report asap. Look forward to hearing more on the M12 development. I think amanda said recently they will have their redesigned site up shortly.
Will the group buy SN6X-2X ship to Australia as they will not sell this light to Australia from there website? It must be bought from the local reseller.
The M12 is look a lot like HD2010 no? except it more expensive

Beam distance figures quoted for the upgraded 2X at 700m, and the M12 at 616m would suggest stock output figures of 123kcd and 95kcd respectively.
With straight dedoming alone you’re looking at about 260k for the 2X, and 200+k for the M12. That’s around 1020m and 900m ANSI - serious throw.

Yes! Exactly! That's what I like bout it. HD2010 all tweaked up stock - best LED on copper star, AR lens - that's like $10 in parts alone. Not as much to mod. The MaxToch finish, threading, over quality I've been very impressed with. So, this is a HD2010 as it should be -- not the total disaster dealing with TMART with pot luck driver, lottery on how many dings it comes with stock - and now they even changed the pill threading so it breaks the copper pill compatibility. Unfortunately the driver modes is the std 5 mode mess, but probably has a good mode memory and can be resistor modded -- but for me, the driver had got to go...
The 26700 5000 mAh battery is intriguing - need details.
I believe its just this light that they wont ship SN6X-2X. I have had emails with the guy here and it comes with batteries and a charger which I don't want but makes the light a lot more expensive.
I was in the first gb of the SN6X-2X and this brand is top-notch quality. Just as good, if not better, than the other main players. I even had it Vinh (ed).
What kcd did Vinh get out of the modded 2X?
I think a few guys had them running round 330-360k. Beinteresting to see what the new one would pull with its upgrades - could crack 400.
26700 battery but in pic just 26650?
I just let him do his thing. What I know is that he de-domed it, and now it runs on one cell with a dummy cell together. Although I have not tested it, he says it draws 5.8A. We both don’t have a lux meter, so I don’t know.
Why not SN6X-2X use 2x26650s battery tube?

#‘s I got on the modified 2X, resistor modded driver so still uses two cells:
fresh Pana PF’s, 2.22A (4.45A effective at tail), lumens: 1,615 @start, 1,540 @30 secs, throw: 358 kcd, measured at 5 m
So the M12's head dimension does appear to match an HD 2010 - if reflector inside diameter is about the same, than it should be close to a HD2010 in throw.
