I would like to know if anyone is having problems to get in touch with HKequipment guys. I sent the first e-mail on June 14, and the second on July 1, and no answer yet. The first time I contacted them the reply was very fast.
I’m not saying they’re not good, just that I’m having a hard time to get in touch with the CS. Anyone had similar problems?
They have a BLF identity, hkequipment, but it looks like they haven’t been on here for 6+ days. It might be worthwhile to also PM them here, as another channel/attempt.
If you mean cs@hkequipment.net, then that is exactly the e-mail I’ve been using. The first time I contacted them I was surprised by how fast they answered me, this time I was surprised by the lack of response.
I’ll try to PM them as ohaya suggested, if needed I’ll try Skype as M4D M4X suggested.

PMed them and still no response. I just sent na inquiry and if nothing happens I’ll give MSN/Skype a try. As mentioned is very weird, the first time they answered so promptly that after 24h of sending the current message and with no response I started to get a bit worried. We’ll see what happens.
Just got an answer from them!!! Not exactly great news cause I wanted to know if their Lumintop Tool was the new or older version, and they said it is the newer one. I was in doubt because the site states it is a 3 mode light but with 1.5lm and 70lm modes. For those that are not aware, 1.5/70lm is the older version, the newer ones have brighter outputs.
Anyways the contact issue was solved!! Took a while but they answered my call.
