Anyone got the 16340 to 32650 Li-ion battery charger from intl outdoor?

Hello everyone!

I wanted for a while to buy the 16340 to 32650 Li-ion battery charger , but I've searched the forum and haven't found any information about them.

What is the cutoff voltage? Are they safe to use with unprotected cells?

4.26 V is a bit high, but is within the limits ...

yah but not too bad..... 95% of the time they are right at 4.2..... I think if you leave it on longer it eventually settles back down.

The first time I used these chargers on unprotected 26650's i put them on an extension cord, with a 5 gallon bucket over the top of it in the middle of my garage..... after about 4 consistant charges I now charge them inside

I’m looking for more info on this little guy too. I’d like to get it from a vendor with fast shipping though (I don’t want to wait a month when all my other items arrived weeks ago).
