Cheap source of LTC4054 Li-ion charger controller

I was looking for LTC4054 (800mA Li-ion charger control ic in SOT23-5)
unfortunately even price of chip low, shipping cost very high.
then I look for ebay… free shipping but chip price very high.

Finally I found china distributor who sell HYM4054 (same as LTC4054) for 0.35$

They also charge 1$ handling and 9$ shipping (hong Kong post)

minimum order quantity is 10 pcs.

Anyone know another cheap way to buy 3-4 pcs 4054 ic ??

Linear Tech parts are always expensive. You might check out the liion battery charger chips at microchip.com, they are very good parts and are less expensive and easier to get.
