SR91 SST-90 VS SR90 SBT-90 VS DBS EZ900 VS TN31

Lux are taken at 7m then calculate to 1 at turn on. If I waited for 3 minutes then then perhaps the readings below would be lower.

Reference light used to confirm relatively correct readings:
M3X: 42K Lux
Thunite Scoripon V2 Turbo: 22K Lux

SR91 SST-90: Stock condition. No modification whatsoever, 79K Lux
SR90 SBT-90: SST-90 swapped with a SBT-90, 247K Lux
DBS EZ900: 2.1A XRE-R2 EZ900 with Aspherical Lens, solder filled potted, larger wires,151K Lux
TN31: New Thermal Paste, Add solder to all spring connections (battery carrier, switch, head), New larger LED Wires, 157K Lux

SR90 Stock with SST-90: 157K Lux
SR91 with SBT-90 Swapped: 127K Lux
Conclusion:

- To the naked eyes: SR90 Stock throw = TN31 Slightly modded throw = SR91 with SBT-90 throw

- The TN31 is a TRUE BEAST!

- TN31 and SR91 head diameter are about equal

  • DBS EZ900 is also a true beast!

Note: The Scorpion V2 and M3X doesn’t show up on camera so I didn’t bother taking any photos

Oh and even if you don’t agree with my lux readings at least they are relative to each other. So you can at least compare them in that kind of way.

Edit: Deleted since OP was able to fix his photos.

Indeed it is a good thrower!
