So my dad works for a home detention company and their equipment takes weird 18650s that have both the positive pole and negative pole on the same side. It looks like a bullseye pattern. Well he was asking if I could ask around and see if anyone knew where I could find a charger for it. I will try and post a picture later. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have any pictures of it? Can you double check that it is lion?

Also how many does he need to charge at a time?
Those are the pictures he sent me. If you need more I can have him take more. Also, he would like it to charge at least 2 at a time but 4 would be better if possible.
Ok, for that it would probably be best to find the charger meant to charge them as a hobby charger would have trouble connecting to such a small section. Does the wrapper list a product number or something like that?

I never have, but agree with scaru, looks like it needs a dedicated charger that was designed to work with that battery.

Ya its weird. Its used in a home monitoring gps unit. An ankle bracelet.
it is designed for specific use. i doubt u find any retail item to charger that might need something custom made ?
It says on it "use only specified BI charger" so there is a charger but it is kinda hard to find it without a product number or something of that sort.
