Can you clever people recommend a really good battery/s for XML lights??, been using ultrafires so far, but don’t mind dipping into my pocket for the best!!.
I’ve had a look round to see if duracell make any, but apparently not!
All advice appreciated.

For most single cell lights, you will be better off with Sanyo 2600 or the LG 3000.

Of the various ex laptop batteries I have tried (all 18650) including LG, Samsung, Sony and Sanyo (+Trustfires and Ultrafires) the ones I have consistently found to be able to deliver the most current and best capacity (remember these are ex laptop so there capacity is not what it was originally) is the Sanyos.
While I would recommend getting a protected cell, if you do know what you are doing and have a hobby charger the Sanyos are about $5.50 each off Ebay or BuyInCoins. Samsung came a close second. Hardly a scientific comparison (all down to how much abuse the individual battery pack has taken) but thought it might help.
I have never came across Panasonics however they receive better reviews then the Sanyos.
