What are those numbers on the boxes?

Anybody figured what those numbers on the box stands for?
Flashlight factory number 1064 ?

Lennart

SKU number I'd say. Where did you order it? And what light is it?

-Garry

Garry,It´s just a cheap Ebay light. AAA,twisty,$1.88 and non working. I like it, but think that the body is somehow to short?May be able to fix it with copper washers.

Added; 200mA and floody.

Maybe the political prisoner slave labor camp that they were built in? J)

I was in a Harbor Freight store a few years ago and overheard a customer ask a store salesman how they could sell some item for so cheap. The guy answered “well, when you have an endless supply of political prisoner slave laborers the cost gets really low…”

Lol, nice response.

I think the number is just the product/SKU number as was mentioned before.

I agree, probably a warehouse bin number or shelf number. Something to do with stock control anyway.

Probably is just some warehouse number, but it is odd that the same sticker seems to come on white boxes from competitors and different dealers. Do all flashlights come from some common source? Seems hugely unlikely …. But so doesn’t the exact same sticker showing up on products from more than one dealer. Now I will pay attention …. Of course once I do that, the stickers will disappear entirely. :–0

in the Raffle !

It could be the percentile of the ones that work …. 10 out of 64 ……

>>>>>It could be the percentile of the ones that work …. 10 out of 64 ……

Hahahahahah. You make a funny and a good one too!

Sometimes we have to make jokes about it not to go crazy waiting on the lights …… he he ……

It’s how many Tibetan Chinese died to bring you that cheap light!

Sad but real ……

It’s a secret government tracking tag, probably with an embedded gps chip, so THEY can locate us and take our lights when the revolution comes!

Has anyone checked what’s behind the label ? …

Sticky stuff…

It’s the actual unit cost the reseller paid in tenths of a cent, 1064 = $1.064

Yep…… That’s the ticket ………
