Got to know where the scales for the SRM 710 came from. Are there kits available that are pre-cut and shaped? That would make a great EDC. The only flaw with the 710 is slick handles and heavy weight. A G-10 710 would be a Delica competitor for those on a budget if the scales were not too expensive.
De-anodized and thumbstuds removed .
I read that you done this with “greased lightning”. I read also elsewhere that it could be done easily with sodium hydroxide that is probably the active ingredient in “greased lightning” that removes the anodizing.
That 763 de-anodized looks beautiful. I wish they had a model that came stock in that finish.
This knife is an apple logo and grossly inflated price away from being the official iKnife!
