efest 3400. i know a Deutch dealer with 10.50€/pc (incl. VAT for EU-shoppers) + shipping. so for 2pcs the total would be 25€ shipped europe-wide.
Non EU-shoppers can buy VAT-free for 8.50€/pc, i.e. 21€ shipped world-wide for 2pcs.

Probably is nKon - if you look at their listing for lithium batteries, it says:
“For other batteries, bigger quantities or invoices with 0% VAT: contact us.”, so they might just have got the 3400 cells in.
