Anyone have a SkyRay K102 XM-L 14500 from DinoDirect?

I think I want to get a SkyRay K102 XM-L 14500 flashlight from DinoDirect. I have a $5 gift card and some DinoPoints to cut down the price considerably.

It's best known on BLF for its strange tail cap.

On DinoDirect they call it a TrustFire, but it's clearly a SkyRay. It's mentioned a couple of times on the first page of this thread: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/8822 (Search for "K102" on that web page.)

Here's the DinoDirect sales link: http://www.dinodirect.com/flashlight-trustfire-k102-flashlight-5mode-380lumens-cree-xml-xml-t6-led-14500battery.html

An R5 (or XP-G) version of this flashlight is also available at Manafont and DealExtreme.

I couldn't find a review of this light on BLF. Does anyone own it?

I would like to know what type of mode memory it has, and if it overheats quickly on high. Any other info would also be appreciated. Thanks. :)

I don’t think anyone would own up to buying anything with that tailcap!

+1 to what Metalophile said!
Its late, Im tired, perhaps thats why when not focusing directly at the tail cap it reminds you a fleshlight :D?

It's funny, I no longer want a SkyRay K102 from DinoDirect...

Now I want the UniqueFire F12-A from Tmart!

C'mon, Tmart, gimme a $5 off coupon! :)

Bumping an old thread. I got one from Fasttech today in the post.

It is rubbish.

I’m going to take tail cap measurements tonight because at the moment it is certainly not very bright for “500 lumens” Maybe 150/200.
