Just wanted to share a little about my new little EDC. It really is tiny. Here’s a shot of it next to some common lights. Ever seen a R5-A3 look so big??
Left to right: TF R5-A3, 18650 battery, Eagletac D25A Mini, TF?Mini-01, ITP A3, Eneloop AA
I put the light through my lightbox, and got the following figures (which seem to congirm that my figures run a bit high)

For the record, all the hidden blinkies still work with a 14500.

If that’s the D25a MINI …better watch out on the 14500’s.
D25a CLICKY handles the 14500.

It’s the non-clicky, the twisty version. It has the xpg s2 in it. I was afraid the tint would be bad, especially being the last $25 one from Flashlight Connection. Just pure white CW
I’m not afraid of 14500, not like I’ll burn the switch out, just the driver

LOL…save the switch… screw the driver.
But I’ve had it for a while and started thinking like you now…LOL…may give it a try when I scrounge up a 16340.

Truthfully I have an Eneloop in it while it’s my edc. Carrying a 14500 in my jeans change pocket
