my first “Sipik”/SK68…

Not a review but - just gotta’ say - since FT probably cloned: exceptional logo lettering! Cudo’s to the art directors!

Man, this light is tiny (pic against the keyboard for relevance)… elderly mother (specially after the “recent” Sandy ordeal) loves how the “clicky” button works, and the flood light (yeah, there are some ring artifacts but these are really not noticed when using/yeah, 2 meters way from a wall straight on and you see them)

Decent light for $6.76US with the ePacket shipping

May just get ’nother one for myself and see how it does on a 14500…

Aren’t you worried it might be too “tacticool” for your elderly mother?

Whats the current draw/battery life on this one?
If its single mode, then its probably between 40 and 90 minutes of usable light before it starts to flicker.
You should get her some more lights, especially those with looong runtimes :D!

Chop the lid off the XM-L for some good throw with the zoomie lens.

Just did one for a friend and must say it was a pretty dramatic difference

that's original Sipik SK68, not a clone Sipik SK68 :)

how do i know? just look at the pic. that's how original looks.

Wasn’t the original TypeIII anodizing?
