just a heads up for the North American inhabitants among us, Digikey finally has bare XM-L2 T6 NW (5000K, E3 kit so 3a,B,C or D) in stock to order in small quantities:

not cheap, compared to the U2s on Illumination Supply, but at least the shipping is reasonable in the US :slight_smile:

sorry, I should have updated this - IS has NW XM-L2 in for $6, which works out the same with shipping as the LED alone at Digikey. More guarantee about the tint too. Sorry ’bout that.
