Bleed when charger unplugged?

I have a Nitecore i4 Intellicharger. Sometimes I would like to begin charging batteries in the evening, but do not want to leave it charging while I am sleeping.
Is there any harm in disconnecting the charger with the batteries in it and then beginning again next day?

No harm, the batteries will discharge some but it will be fine.
