Which replacement tail switch for HD2011?

My Ultrafire HD2011 arrived recently and the tail switch sounds very creaky and springy when depressed. I disassembled and checked it over and all the parts seem Ok and it went back together fine. Yet it is still sounds creaky when pressed - the creakiness is clearly coming from inside the switch. Can someone help identify an appropriate replacement?

And while I’m at it I may as well pickup some o-rings since it was missing one and the others look awful thin. Does somebody know the right sized ones for it?

Thanks!

Can you measure the diameter of the round part to help identify a replacement switch?

The round part is 19.8mm and the area missing the o-ring is 20.5mm

I would suggest taking a tiny bit of oil and dribbling it into the switch, that may get rid of the creaking.

I will try that. I have some SuperLube with a fine needle applicator that should be able to get some in there.

Some switches are just woe full. Places like KD, FF, FT and others all sell o'rings. O'rings stretch a lot and you can generally use a lot smaller o'ring to go into a lot bigger diameter. You must also know the width as o'rings come in different widths.

It has been a couple hours since I put a drop of oil on the button and it hasn’t quieted it down yet. I would think it has leaked down in by now (I kept it positioned tailcap up so it would drain down).
