Didn’t know which forum to put this in, but i’m in the market to buy a LED light bar for my truck and have been talking to a vendor on another forum. He claims it is a Cree LED but the manufacturer has not given him the specific details of the LED so I was wondering if anyone might be able to tell me what they think it is. Here is a link to the light bar page with the specs of the light bar http://www.treklights.com/collections/xt-series-treklight-bars/products/...
and here is a “close up” of the led that i asked him to get for me

Thanks in advance
This is either XT-E or XB-D. XT-E has the same footprint as XP-x and XB-D is a bit smaller, so you would have to compare it to XP sized LED to be sure.
Had a look at the first link and it’s defo an XT-E.
I have no experience with the XT-E..any opinions on it? Thanks for the quick replies!!
Read this and compare it to XP-G datasheet. They are pretty close.
And here is my experience. All I can say is that 4500K version has beautiful color.
I would say XB-D. I have one on hand that looks Identical but they look very similar. Its a toss-up.
I would assume XB-D because of price factor but the XT-E has higher efficiency as well as output.
BLF members are hilarious:
“That’s like saying “My car has top-speed of 200k millimiles per hour”. Why not to just say 10 Ah?”
Yes, I named him “Fred”

BTW, this Leds are small that the XP-G, so, maybe they are XB-D they are 2mm x 2mm instead the XP-G 3mm x 3mm
The lamp draw 1.2amp so, they are connected in serie in two groups in parallel, 600ma for three Leds in serie.
