With my last 3 - 5 orders from Manafont they split my order up in to 2 parcels. Ship the one with Hong Kong post and the other one with Singapore post.
My understanding is that Hong Kong post doesn’t want to ship batteries ……… and than they use Singapore post for that.
My problem with that is Customs on my side gives me a lot of trouble when one invoice gets split up. Also the Singapore parcel takes for ages to arrive.
My question, is there anybody else with this problem, and what do you think is my alternative ? Swop suppliers??
