I recently bought the SP03 from Soondeals and another light from Wallbuys. I just checked my banking info and they are both billed to AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG
E-mail came from “Sarela” at Soondeal
For what it’s worth they did a decent job. However I thought I should post this so people know who they are buying from.

Cherry from wallbuys said its not them, I said its billed by the same company and showed them this thread and she checked with her manager and still said its not them.
They have different physical addresses but if the billing is from the same person I thought maybe the same person owns them but wallbuys doesnt know about it?
She asked for you to contact her about it.
Feel free to ask her to write a full explanation of why they both have the exact same name that comes up on a bank statement and let her know you or I will gladly post it.
Don’t think they are the same company. Why do they have to do that?
They have another one called e-fox or something like that and you can use your same log in on both sites.
It’s possible that they are not Soondeal and that my bank made an error but I’m not sure how.

It always shows up on my bank as AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG. I have about five orders and each one from them is always the same. That is why I was surprised to see the order from Soondeal have the same name. Is it possible that my bank made an error with the Soondeal order and put down the wrong name? I guess it is. However their explanation that they would not do it is false for sure. I have actually ordered from another site that is called efoxs. You can log into both sites with the same password. The other site is set up the same it just doesn’t have some of the deals that you find on the Wallbuys site.
edit: one more thing, they have the same light now on sale as a group buy for $80 which is almost exactly what I paid.
Again it’s possible my bank made an error and I wouldn’t want to put down Soondeal if there is a chance that I am wrong.
As I also stated they did a good enough job with my order.

Well I would say it’s safe to say the banks don’t lie and know exactly who they are sending money to.
I really don’t want to bother my bank with it. Wallbuys said they are “not AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG” but for whatever reason that is the name that shows up on my banking information when I check it on-line.
As I said it’s always possible that the bank has made a mistake in translating the name and translated both Soondeal and Wallbuys the same but that is most definitely the name that I get when I buy from Wallbuys. I bought a couple of their dollar knives and some instant kill items and one very expensive light from them as well and they all show up as AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG.
I wonder has anyone else checked their on-line statement to see what Wallbuys is billed as? That would be one way to find out. If I’m not the only one being billed from Wallbuys as AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG. Although I guess that wouldn’t prove than Soondeal is Wallbuys my bank could have mis-translated Soondeal’s name.
Well anyway, I’m happy enough with my orders from both places. It’s China and they all seem to have their little quirks.
This is what my PayPal transaction to wallbuys.com says:
Name: 刘 传生 (The recipient of this payment is Non-US – Verified)
Email: payment@wallbuys.com
That’s what I also get on PayPal it’s on my bank’s site that it shows up as AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG. So like I said it could be a problem with their translation but it’s definitely what it shows up as. I checked it three times and all of the items I order from Wallbuys were billed to AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG.
I just checked my bank statement (online) along with the online transaction record and all it says is "Paypal-Wallbuys".

My PayPal transactions show like Teutate’s. My linked CC shows them as PAYPAL *WALLBUYS
I do not pay for stuff through PP with my bank account, so I cannot confirm with the same setup as yours.
One of the reasons I am concerned is because I was planning on doing more reviews for Soondeal and didn’t want to give them a big bump if it turns out they are playing a funny one. If nobody else has their bank account stating they are AC-LIU CHUAN SHENG, then I will review their products and include a link. If not I might still buy and review but I won’t put a link in. I would also go and remove the link from the light I did review.
If you are concerned, I would give them a call just in case.
