I ordered a Tank007 E07 from Golden Gadgets on Ebay. 5 weeks later, still not here, so I contacted them and they said it never did ship because it was out of stock. Strange indeed, but they refunded my money to Paypal the next day, saying they did not know when it would be back in stock.
So, any $15 or so lights you highly recommend? I probably don't need the Tank E07 since it looks to be a knockoff of the Nitecore EZ AA which I got from Boaz.
Maybe another Trustfire Z1 to gift.....

My go-to is the one-speed stainless C3 from tmart for just under $11...you'd likely have it in a few days too.
Dave
How about one of these babies?
Soytnly, I have a stainless C3 on order, should be here in a week or two, but I like the way you think!

I absolutely love this P-60 host
http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/ultrafire-wf501a-flashlight-tub...
Then you could get this

or this
http://kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=8976
If you can solder this drop in can be modified to three mode high, medium and low.
All my other lights get neglected since I put the manafont XM-L in my 501A.
I am already visualizing the duct tape over your mouth.
Hmmm, I have one of those mini-P60 hosts coming, maybe I'll order an XM-L drop-in for it. Was going to put a XR-E in it.
Other than Solarforce-Sales site, there does not seem to be many XM-L's that are set up for low (3v) voltage.

If you have one coming already then I would get another Manafont 3 mode XM-L drop in for it. Mine is almost as bright as the 18650 hosts with the same drop in it just doesn't last as long. I use Trustfire flame 16340 in mine so the light only pulls about 2.8 amps with a fresh charge and it doesn't heat up to bad at all. You could use better batteries and get the full 3.5 amps but I am sure it would heat up fast and not last long at all. Also you can make it tail stand by adding an o-ring under the rubber boot on the clicky switch. Great little light.

That's funny, I have the 501 CR123 host on order, should be here any day!
Dave
It's a little over budget but i would go for this

I read foy review and it seems a great drop-in, also for the tint.

Well I spent it and more.
I liked the smallish WF 501A host so much I ordered another (Manafont), then I went to Solarforce-sales.com and ordered an L2m for comparison purposes. Then I added 2 of the XP-G 3-mode drop-in that works from .8v to 4.2v, with the smooth reflector. I think those are the perfect dropins for the mini-P60 hosts. Great throw and 3 times the runtime of an XM-L. So yep, I got $14 refund and spent $55. <sigh> wife says I need to give up this silly addiction.

I can tell you right up front that the 501A's strength is in it's small head. The S/F L2m has a "normal" sized head, so it makes for a very squatty looking light. The 501A has the 501's thinner headpiece, which works pretty nicely with the size of rhe cr123 powered mini-P60. That is another reason to like the XP-G in it vs. an XM-L. Heat from the XP-G is not such a big issue.
