Well, It has finally arrived — a newbie no more. Been wondering what I might do to keep up the BLF Tradition of a Gifting. Considering Postal Rates, and varying Wants and Needs of Members — I have decided to Give a PayPal Bump.
1. Must be a PayPal member Capable of Receiving a Gift Payment.
2. Must have been a member Since Before December 1st of 2013.
Will do a random online draw on Jan. 1st 2014, will notify by posting Closed before drawing number.
Winner will be Posted and PM’d after drawing. Winner must provide information to complete PayPal Gift Transaction.
