thx and happy christmas

Doesn’t look like anything too special to me, but then again the videos aren’t the greatest. Whats the price?

i look for one flashlight long range with close flood.

you know better flashlights for very far ? thanks

I saw some additional info in the comments below the video.

Also, kinda unique how it has no flood at all. Just a tight circle laserish beam. Would probably be good for foggy situation.

Idk, has a very tight beam, but a 1 xm-l light for 160 euro seems like a bit much. I don’t know what else to recommend since I don’t like pure throwers, but I bet there’s something a lot better for the price.

The Small Sun ZY-T08 is a nice thrower with close flood. It's not driven real hard stock, but can be resistor modded for more output. It's still impressive in stock form. The Jacob A60 would be a "pencil beam" type thrower with much dimmer spill, but may require some modding right away. Many posts about both these lights on BLF. In fact, I may even have comparison beamshots of the two lights posted (about a year ago).

Ah, here is my old beamshot thread. Be sure to see the mouseover in post#3 too!

-Garry

back I meet a nice flashlight jacob a60
SmallSun the moment is me too big but thanks for the topic
jacob the a60 resembles the HD2010 which is underway, I expect him 2 weeks

I have found a review with nice pictures of the previous model MTE H8-1
I think the h8-1 is interressanter by more choice in driver replacement / modding because of the single 18650/26650 also more convenient

HD2010's are hit or miss as far as driver output goes. There's also an issue with reflector shorting the emitter connections. Mine burned up after only the second use. Just be sure to give it a good check over.

yes “happy” I already have some experience with all these problems in flashlights.

I make sure the emitter am well protected.
I’m the driver replaced by an int-outdoor 3 Amp 4 groups and the LED on copper xml2 a1 and one bleu tailcap usefull i search for one coating glasses too

Ah, ok good! That light should be good for your needs then.
