Anyway, Ive tested it, it seems ok for the price(brand name products usually come at slight premium and this is no exception I believe), I only wish those batteries were of higher capacity.
Hmm. I had 4 of their 2450mAh NiMH for a few years. 1 Recently died, but the other 3 are doing okay; no idea what the real capacity is.
At that price I wouldn’t consider it. Just go for Eneloops at 4AA (2000mAh) + Charger for ~$19.
I totally agree about Eneloops, my next big battery purchase will definitely be Eneloops, real life usage has proven that nothing comes close as far as high drain applications are concerned.
If theres a deal where you can have 4 Eneloops, regardless of their generation with charger included for less than 20$, I say dont miss it, definitely!
However, there are folks who cant get such deals and still would like to try out some well known brands for reasonable price, hence my remark regarding battery capacity in my review - I wish it was higher, other than that, I find this bundle rather attractive given that you can have one for less than 19$ shipped worldwide :D!
But I will stop here, dont want to appear as Tmarts shill or Energizers fanboy, even tho I did get this combo at slightly discounted price prior to doing review, I must agree that for its full price it would be harder to recommend it ;)!
