Yupard XM-L2 Flashlight with Battery monitor, Charging port and Mobile Backup.

I found this light just browsing through the nets , I am not sure about everyone but I wanted this kind of light to carry arround just about all the time. I just loved the concept of flashlight with battery monitor, charging port and mobile power… The trifecta?
So I had to get one and hope to do a review of this light, It may not be the best quality flashlight but I am not looking for one either and an inexpensive all in-one that could be carried arround with little to no care just about does the job and I dont even have to carry a shitty looking battery pack.

here is the link incase anyone wants. $18.00 on the yupard suppliers store.

It seems to me like the newer generation of chinese lights will be much similar to this or this may just be a desperate attempt to generate sales, Either way it is a win.

I havent seen this light anywhere i think it will be cool if it has a durable circuitry, the images does look cool and i am very much looking forward to this one.

Looking forward to your review.

A thread about this nifty light was posted earlier today I believe.

A review will be posted soon  I think there should be a model number , because i could have sworn i didnot find anything similar on the search results.

If you can…please look at the PCB and see if you can determine what the Li Ion charge controller and boost circuit chips are please? See if they use a TP4056 or TP4057 type chips…thanks

I definitely plan to take a look at the circuit, It should very well be using the same circuit as pretty much all of the 1A battery backups.

Would be cool if they were like the Miller ML-102, hopefully not the single IC design (well unless they have the supporting hardware)

I have a cheaper UltraFire 535 coming in from FT…will definitely see what it is all about too

Im interested in that yupard 4200mah battery. Lol. Looks like solarstorm made this light

That cell makes me very suspicious, if they have that labeled with their name on it and expect us to actually believe it’s 4200mAh, I wonder what else they’re trying to pull over on us?

We all know that is a bunch of horse$h5t , I dont even bother with chinese specifications anymore and analyse the product on its merrits, makes life more easier.

But when it comes to charging my top end cells or high capactiy either one for that matter, I don’t want to use just any charger. So if they’re saying that cell has 4200mAh capacity, makes me wonder how capable the charging circuitry and USB port actually are, and for the super low budget price of “all this for only $18.00!”

I don’t know about you, but my chargers alone cost more than that. Heck, I’ve got 18650 cells that cost more than that!

So I too am intrigued, will be watching to see what you have to say about it after you’re able to do some hands on.

I hear ya, I wont dare to charge a mobile phone without testing out the output for stability and I am not keeping my hopes high. We’ll see I guess.

You’ll be posting your findings here, won’t you?

I’ve only heard of Yupard a couple of times before but it seems folks were pleased with their products if I recall correctly. This might help solidify that mindset if they’ve hit a home run with this light.

Now if they could make some carbon fiber or copper lights, perhaps Titanium…
