Was supposed to post this at CPF HID spotlight section coz a member asked about his Vector POB, but it went down for maintainence. 
Well this is how you just slow in those new ultra slim ballasts. 3M heavy duty type foam tape works, won't melt (they give off a nice smell too when heated up...)
Ballast can just slot in by the side, the 23kV box stick at the original ballast location. They go up to 75W so plenty of power here. 55W Bulbs only $9 a pair.
