I’m a sucker for round numbers. Seems to me that these x000lm,x00k cd, for <$x00 lights should be around, but it’s hard to find all arounders that have high lumens and a good throw.
What do you think is the best x000lm, x00k cd, for under $x00 combo out there? Is it possible with stock lights?

Xpg2 dedomed @5A in an Eagle Eye X6 hits right next to 100kcd 1k lumen.
What sort of driver would you need to get 5A? And what would the heat be like?
Dale used a BLF17DD. Vinh has a similar setup in an X6 going on sale soon (might be on already, haven’t checked). 5A is definitely hot in a small pocket thrower, needs a programmed step down or an experienced user to kick it down a notch for a quick cool off.
