I'm looking for an 18650 brass host -or working- flashlight. It will be modded and gifted to a good friend. I'm hoping for a US resident that has a brass light laying around they don't want anymore since with the Chinese new year all shipping is delayed until the 22nd and will still take 2-3weeks after that to get here.
