I was wondering what batteries out there would give the best combination of performance and runtime for the Firefoxes FF4S Hid flashlight. Im currently running Keeppower IMR 3200mah 18650's which have a max continuous draw of 10amps. I was wondering whether there are some other batteries out there with equal or greater capacity while offering more max current. Im not really concerned about price if there are some batteries that are capable of doing what Im looking for. Thanks for any suggestions.
If those keeppower are based on the panasonic BD, then they will perform well with the FF4S. I have the older 60W version and it gets decent runtime with the BD, better than with the 3400mAh NCR-B because of the high drain.
There are 3 new batteries coming in the next couple weeks: LG MJ1, Samsung 35E and Sanyo GA. They have 3500mAh and offer higher discharge capability than current cells. I think reviews are on the way, these should work nicely with mid-drain lights.
