Panasonic NCR18650PF

Hi,

I’ve not seen much info on Panasonic NCR18650PF on the forum, so here is a mini review.

Bought from GearBest, took 40 days to the UAE:

Here is a discharge plot at 3A, using icharger 306B. It’s set to discharge at 3A to 3V, then hold 3V and drop current progressively until it hits 1.5A. One set of leads for discharging (thick ones), one set for balance ports (thin ones) for measuring the voltage. Nothing is calibrated, so take it for what it’s worth…. But I trust the icharger.

The batteries only just arrived today so I have not used them in a flashlight yet, but based on this I think I will be happy with them. 2875 mAh at 3A is good enough for me, with not a lot of voltage sag compared to others I have.

Just thought this might be of interest to somebody considering buying some. If anybody wants to see higher current I could go to 10A

I know Old Lumens is using the same cells in an on going build of his. Looks like he made a wise choice.
