This thing is a beast, and output to match. Plus its a “budget” light THAT COMES WITH PANASONIC 18650B 4X pack (yes I took the rubber and wrap off to check for sure). Probably Land aircraft with this thing,lol.
Available in kit or light head only.
Ill skip the typing go straight to the video:
Heres the output readings I got from it, draw from pack:
Low= 0.1A
Medium= 0.7A
High= 1.9A
Turbo= 4.8A
Reading on turbo at the emitters: 1.09A. Set up is 7 parallel. I measured resistance (sense resistor is a current shunt,lol) and calculated driver output would be 7.6A. Yeap 7 XP-G2 at 1.1A each…… In a light head this size. Gets hot, but OMG does it put out some light.
Package Contents: 1 x Nitefighter BT70 Headlamp, 1 x 18650 6800mAh Battery Pack, 3 x O-ring Mounting Strap, Gopro Adaptor, Extension Cable, 1 x Charger, 1 x Cable Tie, 1 x English User Manual
I’m trying to decide if I’m going to give Nitefighter another chance. Tried ordering one of their products and never got’em(not direct, through BG, or GB can’t remember).
Lionheart, not sure where you were told that’s how you calculate capacity but its not correct. Cells in series do not gain capacity, they increase voltage. Liion 18650 cells are 4.2v each, to make 8.4 its 2 cells in series. So each pair is only 3400mah still. There are 2 sets in parallel with makes it 6800mah capacity.
