I ordered 4 trustfire 26650 3400mah IMR unprotected batteries, when they arrived 3 were at 3.65volts, one was at .5v, !! what is the chances of this cell being any good, the cells came from a reputable seller.

They store best at the 3.7v nominal voltage. The 0.5v one is shot though.
Let us know how the seller responds, if you feel up to it.

The seller has responded well and is going to replace the dead cell free of charge, 
good.a cell at .5v is not just ruined it has a defect to start with.it would be bad if you charged it and it developed a hard short.
