Osram 3.2V 50 Lumens RED...anyone used them before?

While looking through the DIY section of KD I came across this:

http://www.kaidomain.com/ProductDetails.aspx?ProductId=10708

They claim it is capable of 127 Lumen at 700mA (which is allot for a red LED at that output). I can't find any information on here about it and the only information I can find via Google is a page by Osram claiming it holds the records for the most efficient red (615nm) LED (44% of the output is red light). What I am wondering is does it still hold this record...and if so, can it be made to throw? (I want to use it on my bunny busting rig).

Edit: Sorry...got this wrong..the record was a lab produced LED... Although with a little digging it seams that they make a Golden DRAGON Plus LR WRAM which is capable of ~130 lumen in 625nm at 1A which is still very good. does anyone know where you can get these cheaply?
