So back around Apr 12, 2016 there were some flash sales on gearbest. I know many people participated in this so I wanted to ask, did anyone get their stuff yet? It's been almost 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my stuff... And the tracking they gave me just says "01-05-2016 21:43 The item is at the PostNL sorting center"... There have been no updates to that tracking number forever and i still don't know where my package is. Does this mean it's in the netherlands? I really regret buying from gearbest.... No idea where my stuff is or when or if it will even get here...

Getting anything from them takes atleast a month . I bought a laser from them and it took 6 weeks . The tracking dont show up till it hits the states.

Did you get the insurance when you bought it? I’ve bought a lot of stuff from gearbest, even n had some issues, but they have been good in resolving them. At least in my experience. Theirs and even banggood shipping tracking send to stop once the package leaves China. Just give it some time, more than likely it’ll show up. Everything from that side of the ping travels so slowly.

I actually caved after not buying from them since last year. The hc50 semi-clone looked too intriguing to pass up.
Anyway, I just checked and according to the tracking within 3 days of ordering the shipping company had it. It’s in the neighboring state now so it should arrive around 2 weeks after the order date, assuming nothing weird happens.
I did pay a little extra for faster shipping.
From mine experience, GearBest free shipping delivery can take about 12 days to 48 days. Submit your ticket on the 45th day if there is no sign of package.
Yea its slowed right down lately. I have order so many products from them in the past always okay shipping times the longest is about 2-3 weeks max (that is with free shipping) but now its taking longer and just a few months ago i had my first package go missing now I’m not sure if its Australian customs but usually they are okay… even just normal packages from china like me buying AWG cable is taking longer…. I stuffed my D80 so i bought another one also bought a C8 they are in the mail and its been almost a month!

I've had a much better experience with banggood. Much faster shipping and so far nothing came broken. Packaging was a bit messed up a couple of times, but products were always ok. Gearbest so far nothing has arrived in under a month even though others have gotten packages quicker. This will be my last order with gearbest.
