Can’t help you with the oring, but if you can’t find any you can wrap plumbing tape around the threads and it works pretty well.
There is a spare o-ring supplied with the flashlight, did you check for it?
Yea mine came with a spare o-ring or else just grease up and it will be okay for now…

Regarding o-rings, my experience with small DQG’s is that 1mm tickness o-rings end broken sooner than lather; so I have just ordered a set of 5 x4 x 0,5 mm and another set of 8,3 x 6,7 x 0,8 mm o-rings, I will post the outcome when I receive them.
