I purchased this Ultratac K18 SS at a nice price from them.
Worked fine for half a day, then quit, dead.
They replied to my issue almost immediately, and were responsive during the whole troubleshoot process.
(Which did NOT require pics nor videos)
Joyce was very pleasant to deal with and I just received a replacement in today’s mail.
