color driver programming Q.

i’ve used color drivers (those that mtn electronic sells) in few builds, my question is, can it be reprogrammed?
it has a mode when all color strobe, it is pretty useless to me, i was wondering if it can be reprogrammed to be a yellow\white alt. flasher, same as police strobe, but different colors.

Here is a link that talks about the driver djozz driver hack #2. (was: Colour driver build, based on D882 sot89 transistor?)
So it appears it is a PIC12f617 or similar? definitely not an Atmel.
