Zebralight SC62W

I’m UK based … looking for a Zebralight SC62W in good condition … would prefer a UK seller but will pay for international postage if it’s not silly money. Ideally looking to purchase but do have various other torches could trade if someone preferred … drop me a PM if you have one for sale

I am looking for one in the US as well, I have seen a couple pop up forsale… but used at $70+shipping is a little stiff. Good luck!

Wonder how many people it’d take as a group buy to get them to do another run …. I’m guessing it’d be a lot more than actually wanted one.

I’m not even sure that would be an option. Zebralight often has issues meeting demand for current production items. I don’t think they’d have the extra production capacity to do as you suggest.

Good luck finding your light. I personally think the ’62w was the best straight “edc” light Zebra has ever made. The ’63 makes too many compromises for a few extra lumens, in my opinion. But hey, the ’64w shouldn’t be much longer in coming, right?

I’ve had my SC62w for over 2 years, it’s my EDC, and an awesome flashlight. It weighs next to nothing, has lots of levels, and has been very reliable. The temperature regulation works really well and is even adjustable. I see it lasting for many, many more years, if not decades.

I know you are looking for a SC62w, but you can’t have mine - no way, no how. The reason why I’m writing this though, is to let you know that if I didn’t have the 62, I would not hesitate to buy the 63, which has even more lumens and is slightly shorter. Sure it’s a little expensive, but sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Yes realise that’s available … some people have problems with there not being springs and it damaging the battery, I have a collection of batteries that will fit the 62 but not the 63 but above all I believe the 62 whilst still being a flood rather than throw has a tighter hot spot and a bit more throw than the 63 which I’d much prefer.

Sorry, you can’t have mine either!

My SC62w is on my person or within arm’s reach 24/7. If I lost it, I’d buy an SC63w immediately.

I recently talked a friend into an SC63w for EDC. He loves it.

Have you seen www.wikilight.de and the excellent and extensive collection of beamshots there?

The SC63w isn’t on the list yet, so here’s the SC62 versus the SC63. It appears the SC63 is a bit floodier, as you mentioned:

Good luck with your search for an SC62w. Perhaps buy an SC63w in the meantime?
