Although the shipping is $8.99 It would be a good deal if it is any good. Any information here? I would not buy unless someone knows something about the brand.

Or just spend a few bucks more than that shipping and go for one that has been tested good? 
Actually I have three good ones in the 10,000 mAh range. One thing I did not know until researching this Power Bank is that batteries swell in them. Here is the information.
The sides of the charger are not placed very well and as result, the side panels can come out quite easily if you’re using the power bank heavily. Not only that, but the batteries within the power bank can swell, and warp the Aluminum center of the power bank. By doing so, the power bank starts falling to places with the side panels coming out and the center Aluminum body changes its shape. Batteries within devices like our smartphones doindeed swell but that’s more in the long-term. For this case, however, it can happen quite soon and as a result, the charger won’t be keeping its physical shape for long.
Have you, or anyone else, seen such swelling?
